Aperion’s goal is to fund, build and manage flexible micro-economies based on our assessment of each property’s regional economic context & the specific daily needs of our residents & businesses.
It’s both integrated & authentic.
There can be more than one.
They can be neighborhood-centric.
We apply today’s technology to transitions in emerging demographics, employment, income, health, education, renewable energy resources, food productivity, politics, transportation, green building & culture - blending them together.
The result is called our Life Districts.
Aperion’s iHUB
With the change in telecommuting and content delivery changes in the way people work, the centralized office space is becoming less and less a necessity. In order to meet this demand, Aperion is developing a communal office space concept called iHUB. Located within the Life District in each Inspiration community, iHUB will provide a unique office space adjacent to where residents live and work. iHUB will provide the necessary office infrastructure required to work and eliminate daily commutes and improve work efficiency.
iHUB revolutionizes the way people live and work inside and outside of the home. Our iHUB center will provide state-of-the-art facilities for professionals on many different levels:
- Home-Based Businesses
- Small to Medium Businesses
- Large Regional Employers
- Telecommuters
And it’s in a beautiful green setting, adjacent to retail stores, shops, walking and cycling trails, healthcare facilities, and other business locations.
